Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
The item received is incorrect.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item arrives damaged.
The item does not match the order placed.

To qualify, the item must be:
Unworn and unused.
Unwashed.
In its original condition.
With all tags and labels still attached.
Returned with its original packaging.
Accompanied by a clear unboxing video as proof.
Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Items purchased during flash sales.
Incorrect size selection made by the customer.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support team and provide:
Order number
Full name
Photos of the item
Unboxing video
Reason for the request

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Exchange Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

A replacement item will be shipped if stock is available.
If the item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:
A replacement item is unavailable.
The issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of CLOTE INC.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
